This phase includes constant monitoring and close interaction with client, architect and project engineers to determine scope of work and budget.  We keep an eye on budgets to ensure lowest cost for the best possible product. review drawings communicate with architect thru RFI 's and ASI's. We provide client with project bid and preliminary construction schedule. 

We work closely with the architect, design team and city and or county to create your vision.

From breaking ground to finishing touches, we provide safe and clean work environments. Provide full time experienced project superintendent whose duties include but are not limited to Project safety, Quality control, Subcontractor coordination, Weekly site meetings. Provide updated 3 week schedules every week, Ensure all phases of construction are in accordance with plan specifications, Meet with city and county officials for on site inspections.

 we collaborate as a team to create a quality product. Coordinating with our trusted subcontractors, we manage the entire project through accountability and quality assurance, on time and on budget.

The last step in any build. Provide owners with certificate of occupancy, As-built documents and final lein releases.  We require systems training and warranty documents from all subcontractors. After completion we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
